Moraira Carnival 2025

2024 Programme

The residents and visitors of Teulada Moraira are preparing for the celebration of Carnival from 8-11 February, where they will be able to enjoy a varied program organized by the Moraira Virgen de los Desamparados 2024 Festival Commission and the Moraira City Council, Teulada.

A selection of activities have been organised for the whole family in the two urban centres of the municipality.

Fiestas in Moraira: Carnival (February 2024)

Friday 9th February

18:00-20:00: 'Els Rastres' children's workshop - Moraira Cap D'or Neighborhood Council headquarters.

Saturday February 10

From 11.00 to 12.00h. Finishing of the 'rastres'
12:15: Parade through Calle Almacenes, Calle Playa, Calle Porche, Calle Mar, Calle Castillo and Calle Barranquet.
17:00-20:00: Children's Activities in the Plaza de la Constitución de Teulada - Bubble & balloon workshop, mini-disco enlivened with children's characters, face painting. Drinks will be offered to the participants.

Sunday February 11

12:00: Costume parade accompanied by the Bataclán brass band. Route: Avenida del Portet, Fortí, Calle Denia, Calle Juan XIII, Avda. del Portet, Calle Doctor Calatayud, Calle Mar, Calle Castillo and Plaza de la Sort. Snacks, drinks & live music will be provided in the Plaza de la Sort. The event is bring organised by the Virgen de los Desamparados Moraira 2023 Fiesta Commission. There will also be three costume prizes: the best costume, the funniest costume and the most original costume.
