Els Sants de la Pedra 2026 – Programme

Friday 24 July – Procession of the Saints

8:00 pm: Entry of the myrtle, followed by the procession carrying the images of Saint Abdón and Saint Senén to their place of celebration. Accompanied by the Colla El Falçó and the Alejandro Morell Arquebusiers Association of Teulada.

Sunday 26 July – First Day of Bull Events

9:00 am: Installation of the barriers.

6:30 pm: Opening of the bullring.

7:00 pm: Release of young cows from the Coves livestock farm.

10:00 pm: Community dinner. A bar service will be provided by the organisers of the Sants de la Pedra 2027 festivities.

Monday 27 July – Second Day of Bull Events

7:00 pm: Release of young cows from the Coves livestock farm.

10:00 pm: Community dinner. A bar service will be provided by the organisers of the Sants de la Pedra 2027 festivities.

Tuesday 28 July – Third Day of Bull Events

7:00 pm: Release of young bulls from the Coves livestock farm.

10:00 pm: Community dinner. A bar service will be provided by the organisers of the Sants de la Pedra 2027 festivities.

Wednesday 29 July

8:30 pm: Traditional rehearsal of the Dansada de la Marina, performed by the Grup de Danses Font Santa de Teulada.

9:30 pm: Community dinner.

Thursday 30 July – Feast Day of Els Sants de la Pedra

Registration opens for the paella competition.

7:00 pm: Holy Mass in honour of Saint Abdón and Saint Senén, sung by the Cant Jove choir.

7:30 pm: Presentation of the festival organisers for Els Sants de la Pedra 2027.

This will be followed by the traditional folk dance, organised by the Grup de Danses Font Santa de Teulada and featuring dancers from across the region. Everyone is invited to join the dancing.

9:00 pm: Traditional community dinner celebrating the Feast of Els Sants de la Pedra. The organising committee will provide beer, courtesy of Bodega Sevisal, and hot chocolate to everyone attending the festival venue.

11:00 pm: Performance by Marina Boleros.

Friday 31 July

7:00 pm: Theatre performance of Stories of Dragons. This activity is subsidised by Alicante Provincial Council.

9:00 pm: Community dinner. The organising committee will provide beer, courtesy of Bodega Sevisal, and hot chocolate to everyone attending the festival venue.

11:30 pm: Performance by the La Tribu Orchestra.

This is also the deadline for entering the paella competition.

Saturday 1 August

11:00 am: Children’s water-play area and traditional games, provided by Espectáculos La Afición and the organising committee.

9:00 pm: Community dinner accompanied by the Charanga La Alpargata brass band. The organising committee will provide hot chocolate, olives and beer courtesy of Sevisal.

Midnight: Performance by Los de Kasa, featuring pop and rock covers from the 1980s and 1990s.

Sunday 2 August – Paella Competition

Ingredients for the paella competition will be delivered to the festival venue.

12:00 noon: Morning entertainment from the TRMN2Band brass band.

2:00 pm: Paella competition. The ingredients provided to participating teams are courtesy of Carnicería Domingo.

The organising committee will distribute beer, courtesy of the Sevisal and Blasco wineries, to everyone at the festival venue.

Each registered team must submit a plate of its paella for judging by the jury.

The competition will be followed by a surprise performance organised by the festival committee.

Important Information

Entries for the paella competition must be submitted at the festival venue by the evening of Friday 31 July. Only registered participants will receive the ingredients needed to prepare their paella.

The Festival Committee reserves the right to amend or cancel any event included in the programme.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted inside the bullring during bull-related events.

All events and activities in the programme are partially funded by Teulada Town Council to promote the town’s culture and traditions.
