The Colina Club was the first continuous care complex on the Costa Blanca and is still going strong.Located in an exclusive urbanization in the hills above Calpe it gives you magnificent views of the surrounding countryside, all the way down to the Mediterranean Sea and the famed Nature Reserve, Peñon de Ifach.

The Colina Club was established in 1991 by Dr Graham Young, and is an English speaking complex.

It is built in the style of a holiday resort, with a unique, relaxed environment.

Facilites at the complex include:

The Independent Living Apartments

The Colina Club village has 48 one or two bed apartments for long term rental.

The architects have taken full advantage of the location of the Colina Club, by making it only one step from the outside parking area into your home.

All the apartments are designed with open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, all leading to terraces with fantastic views.

The apartments come with under floor heating and English satellite television.

The Rental Packages includes all the services provided by the Colina Club including the excellent medical support from a nurse dedicated to the apartments:
